PUL (Personal Data Act)
The Swedish Personal Data Act, known as PUL, is designed to protect people from violation of personal integrity through the improper use of personal information. Jämtkraft maintains customer databases in which customers are registered by name, company name (where applicable), personal identity number and address. All personal information collected and stored by Jämtkraft is used for internal purposes only, in order to provide the best possible service. Our employees and the computer systems used to process your personal information do so in compliance with the rules and laws prescribed by PUL.
